Description

We supply the double HDPE/ PP gas and water pipe co-extrusion lines with the production of diameter 16 mm upto 1600mm. Specialised screw designs for high output rates and homogeneity at low mass temperature.

-Special grooved feeding bush with water cooling system results in increased compression and filling factors.
-Unique design of low-pressure inclined flow passage spiral/lattice basket diehead, ensures low temperature and high plasticizing extrusion of PE pipes
-Special designed die core spiral temperature control, ensures the performance of PE pipes
-Multi-layer co-extrusion die offers the advantages of low cost and flexibility of layer structure with different material
-With two-stage vacuum system(for large diameter)advanced water recycle & high pressure cooling system
-With flexible round degree adjust unit
-With accurate water level & temperature monitor system
-Long water tank effect high efficiency cooling
-Unique spraying pipeline design shorten unit cooling length
-With good appearance practical stainless tank
-Special integral transmission unit avoids asynchrony of individual transmission
-Advancded four connecting rod structure makes self-centering of haul- ff's loacating
-Accurate pressure regulating system makes hauling power adjustable
-Full-hydraulic design ensures flexible pressure in cutting state of pipes
-Unique power input system ensures high reliability of planetary unit
-With ultra silent & enforced sucking system
-Unique non-scrap cutting unit enusre clean cutting section for 16mm to 630mm pipe.
