Description
We are located in GuangDong Province, the main products are abrasive cloth and paper( in belts and rolls ), Non-woven Abrasive Wheels and Abrasive materials.

For the last twenty years, we have been investigating, developing and producing every kinds of abrasive cloth. Example for Aluminium Oxide , Silicon Carbide and Zirconia with J/X/Y/P-Weight.We have the converting factory for make belts with various size.Also supply Nylon Grinding Wheels, including Nylon Abrasive Wheels , Flap Wheels, Flap Brushes, Flap Rollers, Convolute Wheels, Convolute Rollers, Polishing Disk, Unitized Disc, Hand Pads etc.


Product Mode: TJ538 (Belts)

Specifications:

1) Backing cloth: J-weight blend sofe cloth.

2) Grain: silicon carbide. Grit: 40#-600#

3) Size : Customize, suitable for narrow belts by dry polishing, correct operation will make the high grinding effectiveness.

4) Bond: modified synthetic resin. Coat: close coat.

5) Type : Lap joint / Butt joint / S joint

6) Width of roll: 1, 400mm wide by 100 meters long.

7) Chiefly used for hardware, steel, stainlesssteel, titanium alloy and other heavy duty by dry polishing. Especail for cutlery:fork, spoon, knife and tap, doorknob.

8) For machinery use, with strong strength, it would be worked under heavy load and in a high speed.
