• PLC control system and perfect design of safety protector, consistent sealing of heat solid knife sealing system

• The film-feeding system is perfectly manipulated by the electric eyes which is special designed, control timer adjusts the length of the shrink film automatically

• The added horizontal and vertical electric eyes provide alternative setting for sealing system, mostly suitable for thin and small products

• The scraps feeding-out process can be performed automatically that the wasting film can be taken off easily, no mess left and keep the working environment tidy and nice

• High temperature-proof and sticky-proof alloy sealing blade is adopted, sealing film well without smoke
• Automatic unloading and the speed of the conveying belt adjustable
• Pneumatically operated
• Automatic secure system prevent the sealing blade from mistaken cutting operation and make the operator safer
• LB-701-120 is a fully automatic machine that can work automatically without operator and can be combined with the assembly line.
