The main uses of ceramic heater are in warm air blower of hair-iron, air-conditioner, hot
melt glue gun of heater, improving look device, hairdressing device,
Anion marcel hairpin, massager, electric heating, coffeepot, electric thermos, ect.

All of which can use Ceramic heater as a component of reliably required electric
heater.

1) Voltage: 220V AC
2) Resistance: 150ohm±10% (at 23±1centigrade)

4) Insulation resistance: 500V DC-100mw min (at 23±1centigrade)
5) Dielectric strength: 1500V AC for 1minute (at 23±1centigrade)
(or 1800VAC for 1 second)
6) The heater should go through the gage
7) Distance between the centers of each pad
8) Leads and solder tension strength:
a) 5kgf pulling force
b) 3kgf pulling force
9) Heater should pass 30 mins "on", 30 mins "off" for 1000 cycles test
