Main features:
Centralized operator control panel and display lights of main parts
Single or multiple abrasive belt or brushes(SB or steel wire), of variable grain patterns
Either wide belt heads or brushes with fine adjustments and oscillation system
Digital working thickness read-out
Easy exchange of wide belts or brushes
Double Ridged rubber-coated hold-down rollers for each belt or brush
Wet or dry working style optional
Contact rollers or brushes with various diameter or hardness optional
Centralized lubrication for bearings
Max. working width include: 800mm;1000mm;1300mm;1600mm or others
Working length: more than 300mm; working thickness: 0.5-5mm;feed speed: 5-30m/min
Dry grinding machine also includes:
Conveyor bed , precisely up or down, on 4 hydraulic spindles,
Dust extraction funnels
Wet grinding machine also includes:
