Description
DIESEL D2 - RUSSIAN GAS OIL- L-0, 02-62 GOST 305-82: FOR 300.000 MT/MONTH X 12 MONTHS = 3.600.000 MT/ YEAR.
CIF-AWSP GROSS PRICE $ 310 USD/MT- NET PRICE $ 320 USD/MT. WITH ROLL OVER AND EXTENSION
Validity: MAY 1, 2009

01. The seller sends to the buyer by e-mail the Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
02. The buyer issues a signed and sealed ICPO as well as 2 IMFPs and returns them countersigned by his banker.
03. The seller issues draft contract open for amendments.
04. The buyer returns signed draft contract.
05. The seller issues original contract for final signatory, both party exchange hard copy of contract via courier service within five days of signing electronic version. Both parties lodges contracts in respective banks.
06. Buyers bank issues irrevocable revolving documentary letter of credit for 12 Month as guarantee, payment at day of loading with TT to seller accounts.
07. Seller issues 2% PB to activate buyer’s irrevocable revolving documentary letter of credit as agreed on contract.
08. Delivery commence as scheduled.
