Description
Molecular Formula: CH3COONa.CH3COOH.XH2O
Product Performance: White innocuous hygroscopic crystalline powder, with an acetic smell. It can easily dissolve in water (1g/ml) and ethanol, and will break up when heated over 150Centi-degree, giving forth fumes and pungent sour smell. The PH value of its aqueous solution (10%) is 4.5-5.0.
Product Uses: SDA is a new green antibacterial additive. It is mainly used in food and provender industry as antiseptic, anti-mildew agent, chelating agent, flavoring agent, PH modifying agent, and conserving agent for meat productions. It is also the major ingredient for compounded anti-mildew agent. SDA is widely used in food processing industry like baked food, condiments, krauts, pickles, meat products, drinks and so on.
