Description
XPS/EPS cement-mortar composite panel for heat preservation is combination of materials like cement, mortar, anti-corrosion fiberglass griddling fabric, etc. and XPS/EPS foamed board. It is a kind of new heat preservation panel and has followings advantages:

1. Realize the composite panel industrialization, and the products has good performance and stable quality.

2. The thickness of the heat preservation layer can be adjusted within production range at will; it can satisfy the requirement of construction save-energy standard in different districts.

3. Use the composite panel, the construction technique will be easier, faster, it will reduce the locale wet working, shorten work time and low cost.

4. The composite panel is more fastened by ways of adherence and hang up and totally free from surface chap.

5. Composite panel can be coated with dope, ashlars brick and so on to enhance the fairness.

6. By changing some parts of the machine, it could also produce outside & inside heat preservation board, deck plate which using in the basement, decorate plate, water-proof board, multi-function wall etc.

The composite boards are widely used in fields of heat preservation of new building, the saving-energy project of old buildings as well as the building roof and wall and refrigeration storehouse due to its unique heat perversion capacity, ventilation, water proofing, anti-wind and anti-pressure ability, anti-impact and fireproofing ability and son on.

The XPS/EPS cement-mortar composite panel for heat preservation extrusion line is the result of both absorbing foreign advanced technology and satisfying the domestic needs.
