Established in 1981, we are a full-service law firm which focuses on business & employment-based immigration law.

We have particular expertise in immigration as it relates to the workplace, with special emphasis on the retention and hiring of highly skilled workers, *****, quickly obtaining work status and visas - and later obtaining permanent residency for those in fields such as information technology, computer software & hardware, biotech, science, engineering, health care, and many others.

The Heller Immigration Law Group, LLP assists large and small companies, venture backed ‘start ups’, entrepreneur and investors, self-petitioned scientists and academics, and institutions nationwide in complying with the complex and oftentimes incomprehensible immigration requirements.

Our practice involves federal law which allows us to assist clients nationwide and even globally. The vast majority of our immigration filings are accomplished through the latest technologies – including the use of INSZoom, our case management software. We are also one of only a few law firms that have IS0 9000 certification.
