Natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas have achieved flameless catalytic combustion and release heat on the ceramic board which is coated high quality combustion catalyst. In the course of catalytic combustion. Combustible substance come into being free radical on the surface of catalyst, generating vibrational excited products. The heat energy is radiated high-efficiently by means of infrared, avoiding energy loss by visible light, which assure the heat energy is utilized to the top. On our catalytic combustion ceramic board, the high-powered oxygen storage material ensures that the fuel gas is burned completely and the coke formation will never happen. Consequently, the energy is released fully and energy saving is apparent. The high selectivity of combustion catalyst restrain the side reaction of creating toxic substance, therefore, little or even no pollutants of NOxCO and CH are produced. Because of its low exhaust gas emission, catalytic combustion is more environmentally friendly, meanwhile, its service life is far exceed the common ceramic board products.
