BULK REO INVESTORS WANTED

Arbitron Enterprises, Inc. is a BULK REO facilitating corp. We are direct to many banks, Hedge funds, private sellers, REO servicers and platform compilers. We are seeking buyers, buyer’s mandates or that person who is just one away from the buyer’s mandate.

Investors can take down bulk REO packages as small as $5M in area specific geographical areas or $30M- $500M take down; nationwide. We will also facilitate orders over $1B + .03. Pricing will depend on the portfolio size and location. All portfolios are subject to prior sale. Time is always of the essence.

• Delivered with clear title
• Buyer can sort by State, City or Zip Code
We are also direct facilitators for Performing Notes, Non Performing Notes, MTN’s BG’s and other commodities. (Call for more details)

Getting started is very simple.
Step #1: Know what you want:
• Location--- States, or Nationwide
• LTV
• Amount you are willing to purchase as a take down price capability.

Step #2: Visit my website at ***** and download my NCND and REO order form and sample LOI and POF documents. Upon receipt of these forms:
1. Seller’s authorized representative will contact the buyer or his designated mandate to proof your buyer. Seller will then provide buyer with actual tape and LOA.
2. After 24 hours Buyer MUST deposit 10% refundable deposit in a nationally know title / escrow company or Attorney escrow to secure your order during due diligence period.
3. Following the 3 day due diligence period, your buyer will receive a purchase contract and close the transaction.
