It can be made of aluminum alloy both with clad and without clad. For the aluminum sheet with clad, the specifications are as follows:
core material:
alloy grades: 3003, 3003+1%Zn, 3003+1.5%Zn, 3003+1.5%Zn+Zr, 3003+0.5%Cu, 3005, etc
cladding material:
alloy grades: 4343, 4343+1%Zn, 4045, 4045+1%Zn, 4004, 7072, 5005.
width: 500-1070 mm
thickness: 0.5-5.0mm
length: 500-2500mm
The aluminum sheets are mainly used for welding heat exchanger, like automobile radiator, intercooler, condenser, evaporator, electric power radiator, air conditioner.
