EPS ICF molding machine is specialized in producing foam (expandable polystyrene, styrofoam) insulated concrete forms.

8. Monitoring alarm system for malfunction and fault data input.
9. Rapid connector, rotary connector and pipeline system.
10. Three-color lights displaying system for machine running status
11. Components imported from Germany, Italy, South Korea and Japan
12. The mould moving system driving by two hydraulic pressure cylinders with self-lubricating bearings.
13. High speed differential, large oil tank volume and completely sealed hydraulic system.
14. Automatic null positon setting system for the first startup.
15. Automatic mould preheating system for the first startup.
16. Vacuum extraction system with two vacuum hydraulic pumps.
17. condensation system with vacuum pump condenser.
18. Rapid air source distributing for injectors system with automatic air shielding .
19. Pressurized cooling system for cooling.
20. Encoder controls the moving of male mould with the precision of 0.35mm.
21. Monitoring & protective system for the extremely Low pressure of steam, air, cooling water and hydraulic pressure.
22. Steam Decompressing&filtering system with high precision.
23. Thermoforming system with Germany high precision PID pressure rate valve control, temperature sensor control, contact manometer control and timing control.
24. Pressurized double-barrel system with vacuum filling, blower filling , filling position monitoring&control, vertical switch for filling strobe position monitoring&control
