- Automatic plate maker is recommended. Light source: Metal halide lamp.
- Exposure Condition - Step tablet: 2 - 3 step solid, Power of Light: 3 kw, Time: 30 seconds, 1 meter distance between plate and lamp.
Process: conventional
Developer: Agfa, Kodark and Dongfang are recommended.
Developing Temperature: 20-25 Degree
Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in a dark, cool and dry space.
Recommended Processing: Automatic plate processor is recommended.
Length of Run:Over 80, 000 copies of impression. Depends upon printing conditions like press, ink, paper and so on.
