Description
capacities 0.2-3000 l/h, discharge charge less than or equal to50 Mpa, medium viscosity 6000mm2/s, pumping temperature less than or equal to 450Celsius, suitable for transferring solution, colloid, suspension, and corrosive or non-corrosive liquids. The pump includes two types-plunger and diaphragm, 23 frame sizes and more than 3000 specifications. Design, fabrication and supply of the pump are in strict accordance with the standards GB/T7782-1996 Metering pumps and /or API 675. The pump is widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, unclear industry, municipal waste water treatment, etc.
Main features:
Capacity can be adjusted by either plunger stroke or motor speed manually or automatically. Automatic adjustment is performed by receiving electric signal 4-22 mA, and can be in communication with DCS.
Diaphragm pump for special applications such as flammable, explosive, toxic, volatile, smelly, and precious liquids.Diaphragm rupture signaling device can realize real-time alarm and shutdown when the diaphragm is ruptured, ensuring safe operation of the system.
High metering accuracy of Plus or minus 1%.
Material for wetted parts is selected according to the property of medium to be pumped.
The complete system with metering pump as main machine, storage tank, safety valve, damper, filter, valve, control panel, tube, etc. to individual customer process requirements
