Basic Procedures:
1. Buyer signs Soft Offer confirming agreement to the procedures listed on doc. with Buyer Letter Head and signature.
2. Buyer will provide banking information below so that Seller can meet with the Buyer�s Bank or Buyer�s Corresponding Bank in Hong Kong. At this meeting, the Buyer and Seller will exchange POP and POF.

5. The Seller invites the Buyer for immediate physical checking and verifying of the AU in Security Warehouse of the Seller in Hong Kong (if the Buyer wishes to physically see the AU)
6. After acceptance, the Seller will inform Security Warehouse/Bank to issue to the Buyer copies of the following documents:
a. Certificate of Origin
b. Certificate of Weight List
c. Certificate of Ownership
d. Certificate of Assayer Report (from LBMA Refinery)
e. Commercial Invoices
f. Warehouse Saf |
