DIODE-END PUMP LASER MARKING SYSTEM
Introduction:
LGM-DP-E-10 adopts the most advanced international technology, uses the semiconductor light emitting diode pump YVO4 medium, with the wavelength of 808nm. Causes the medium to produce the massive reverses granule, forms the wave length in under the Q switch function is the 1064nm great pulse laser output, the electric light transfer efficiency is high. The volume of this kind of laser is small, which is 1/4 of traditional DP laser machine. Its optical system uses the entire seal structure and has the path of rays to look at in advance with the focal point instruction function.Users benefits from high productivity and the improved mark quality of the laser system. Its compact and modular design makes customized integration easy.
Application:
10W laser outputting power. delicate marking, more suitable for fine shallow surface treatment marking, Widely applied in: plastic key-press, communication equipment, IC, electric materials, building materials, package of food and medicine, PVC and so on.
Main Performance Characteristics:
1. Adopt high speed scanning resonance mirror to get high precision and high speed. Machine is qualified with long life period for parts and a low depreciation cost.
2. The software controlling system has the interface of WINDOWS and comprises files output by software such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, etc. It can support graphic file formats such as PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP etc, and use fonts such as SHX, TTF directly. It also can mark automatic code, sequence number, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimensional code. The software can mark the figures on the opposite side.
