Description
This unit contains one bearing frame, multi-component clamp adapters, one Milling cutter, one heating plate, one Milling cutter/heating plate support, one Electro Hydraulic unit, one tool bag and introduction brochure.

·The KM- 250 can weld fittings without the need for any additional equipment: bends, tees, branches and flange necks can be welded by simply taking the fourth clamp off the machine bodys frame.

·There is independent temperature monitor on the heating plate which complies with international standards.

·Digital pressure measure and display , Has avoided disease that the mechanical pressure gauge at high, the low end measuring range are big error.

·Dragging pressure can be measured and added to the total pressure of welding process

·Electrical equipment complies with IEC60204-1 :1997

·Parameters of pressure, temperature and time can be set and stored for long time. There are English and Chinese languages.

·Digital LCD screen displays pressure, temperature and time normal value and their operating actual value. Digital LCD screen displays the writing prompt in welding process, There are English and Chinese languages

·Flashing lights work as reminder during operation.

·âManualâ and âautomobileâ are optional of the timer starts the way, while it is set as automobile initially.

·The milling cutter has conveniently, the nimble automatic locking unit .The milling cutter is attached to a Spacing contact switch that it is limited in working area allowable.

· The operating power ranges in 110V, 220V and 240V. Its tolerance is ±10ï¼frequency is 50HZï¼60HZ.

·Its latest six electrical accidents will be recorded and accidents over power scope will be monitored.

·Temperature sensors of âPT100 OCâ and PT100 SCâwill alarm and display.

·Heating plate is protected at the maximum temperature to protect PTFE coating

·The time and date will be displayed.

·It is friendly use . Pressure downing , switching and raising can be operated easily.
