We can supply all kinds of EPS machines. For a complete production line, the main processes are: EPS Material - Pre-expander - Fluidizing Bed - Aging Silos - Block Moulding Machine - Cutting Machine- Recovery Plant. If it is a new factory, you also need some peripheral devices, such as Water Tank, Steam Boiler, Accumulator Tank and Air Compressor.

The pre-expander is the heart of an EPS products factory. So a good pre-expander is very important for an EPS products factory. Our company supply two kind of pre-expander: 1. Continuous Type Pre-expander; 2. Automatic Batch Pre-expander. We supply EPS/EPP Shape Moulding Machine: ***** Horizontal Full Automatic shape moulding Machine , ***** Vertical Computer Control Shape Moulding Machine. We supply 3m, 4m, 6m, 8m horizontal and vertical Block Moulding Machine. We supply 3m, 4m, 6m, 8m EPS Block Cutting Line. We also supply EPS Recycle Plant and some spare parts of EPS machine.
