Range of work:
Thickness: 1-20mm, width: 1000-1600mm.
Application:
The products made by the machine mainly are used in indoor decoration, like indoor gate, office, residence, star-level hotel and luxury sites, such as making furniture, kitchen cabinet, sanitary ware, making advertising board, art material, building board and wall board, warehouse board etc.
Characteristics and performance:
The extrusion line consists of conical twin screws extruder, three rollers calendaring, natural cooling frame, haul-off unit, longitudinal direction cutting unit, horizontal direction cutting unit, stacker etc. Different thickness of product is matched with varied diameter of rollers. The whole unit has automatic filming function. The products made by the line have the performance of moisture proof, mildew proof, nice bending strength, light weight, recyclable, free of painting and formaldehyde, economic and environment-friendly. Drilling, sawing, nail, planning, bonding can be conducted like timber material. The normal tools for wooden material can be worked.
All the main electric units adopt import equipment, such as Siemens transducer, Siemens PLC temperature controlling meter, switch and relay. The whole lines are all controlled by computer program system.
