Description
Unwinder Unit:

There can be put there widthness 100 cm and 90 cm diameter roll.
Hdraulic roll lifting unit saves your roll changing time and manpower.
Edge control ünit helps you to reduce irregular wrapped rolls especially when working with printed bags.
The machine give saund signal and light signal when the roll is closer being empty.
The synronisation of that 3 units (Unwinder Units, Hot slitting Unit, Double Lİne Gusseting Unit) are controlled by Simens S7-200 PLC, 2 AC Motor drivers and Signal light Tower.
Hot Slitting Unit:

LDPE – HDPE Wide jumbo Roll is cutted and sealed from 1 roll to 2 separeted lines.
Double Line Gussetting Unit:

Double Line Gussetting operation is made in this unit after the hot slittign unit.
Cutting and Sealing Section:

Suitable for high density polyethylene (H.D.P.E) Low Density Polyethylene (L.D.P.E) bags and recyled bags.
High speed operation and accurate – lenght to cut- thanks to servo motor, servo driver and the special program on it.
The perfect cutting and aspecially sealing quality thanks to the special desing even in the max 200psc/min.
Swinger Unit for perfecr sealing quality.
Working either with or without photocell.
Bags lenght, production speed , bag quantity can be seen and changed easily via operator panel.
The machine automaticly stops when
- Bags are jammed or superimposed,
- Rolls are empty
- Print is not in accurate position,
Max 90 cm diameter of the rolls saves your time and manpower.
Low Noise level and none-vibration working via 22mm thickness Robuts machine body and special machine desing.
Double Line Full Automatic Bag Punching Machine:

Full automatic working with simens plc and simens TD-200 operator panel.
The bag lenght is entered on the simens TD-200 operator panel. Then machine Works completely automatic.
Independent hydraulic cylinder valve, motor and pressure adjustment instead of one for perfect cutting quality
