Description
My company specialized in design and manufacture aluminum and zinc die casting moulds and die casting products.




The mechanical strength of Zinc Alloy Die Casting Parts is better than aluminum alloy die casting parts.

1) Material:Zamak 3, Zamak 4, Zamak 5 etc, according to customers' requirement;

2) Product weight from 0.01kg to 10kgs

3) Process: Die Casting + Machining+ surface treatment

4)Die casting machine:There are 6 cold chamber die cast machines and 3 hot chamber die cast machines that from model 50 DCC to model 1250 DCC.

5) Machining:CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, etc;
6) Surface Finish:Chrome plating, spray-paint, Sandblasting, Powder Coating, anodisation, etc.

7)Inspection equipment:spectrograph, three coordinate measuring machine;

8) Applied software for specification drawings:Pro/E, auto CAD, solid work, UG, CAD/CAM/CAE

9) We will produce die casting part for customer base on OEM and ODM.
