The unit is optimized in design, referring to the newest foreign technology. The unit has advantages of plasticizing even, low speed ratio of cutting, high output, long use-life and so on. The unit is composed of cone double-screw extruder, vacuumshaping table, drawing machine, cutter, laminator, turnover frame and so on.
The main frame adopts imported frequency converter for governing. The temperature controller adopts Japan RKC product. The vacuum pump of the auxiliary machine and drawing motor both adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple and convenient.
