P-201 1.4-2.3 90-110
P-301 1.0-1.8 80-100
P-302 0.8-1.3 70-90
P-303 0.6-1.0 60-80
P-401 0.3-0.8 55-75
P-501 0.3-0.5 15-30

Characteristic:
Very high frothing times, good reserving, good multiple-times pre-frothing ability

Application:
The multiple-times grade EPS can be made into large plate material and materials for packing electric appliances , packing pottery and porcelain with automatic-vacuum-shaping machine.

Apearance: colorless or milky small granule
Composition: Polystyrene min 90%
Expandable agent 4%-8%
Moisture max 0.5%
Free monomer 0.1-0.4%
Package: 25KG, 800KG plastic bag
Storage:
Put on the place where is cool and ventilated, keep the storage temperature below 20℃ in order to minimize the lost of frothing agents from escaping. The lower the temperature is, the better the quality is.
The products should avoid rain, fog, snow and lighting up from the sun, static electricity and flame. It should be used up as quickly as possible when the package is opened. Also if EPS is stored too long, the expandable times might decrease.
