Description
Magnolia bark is a traditional Chinese medicine used since 100 A.D. for treating “stagnation of qi” (low energy) as well as a variety of syndromes, such as digestive disturbances caused by emotional distress and emotional turmoil. It is bitter and warm, non-toxic, mainly treating wind-stroke, cold damage, headache, cold and heat, fright qi, blood impediment, and dead muscle. It grows in mountains and valleys. The present products of NOVANAT are all procuced by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction technique –a novel and green low-temperature extraction and purifying technology, which has many advantages than the traditional manufacturing method such as no residue of organic solvent and very low content of heavy metals in products.
