Description
The machine is mainly used for plasticating ,warming and mixing of plastics.

The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium alloy,so the surface of hard and wearable;the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.

This machin has orveload protection devices,and the major components can't be damaged because of over loading.

This machine is equipped with emergency brading device.when an emergent accident happens,draw the pull rod,and then the machine will stop at once.It is safe and reliable.

The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer,which has compact structure,low noise and high efficiency.

The base of the machine is a complete frame,so it's very convenient for installation.
