Description
We sell Detonating Cord (Detonex) with a flexible exploding fuse based on a core of PETN. It is manufactured in a variety of types with different core loads. Saudi Chemical supplies detonating cords for smooth blasting and presplitting with core loads of 40g/m and 150g/m. (The Latter two on special request).

Detonating cords; Detonex 40, 80 and 150 g/m core load respectively are explosives eminently suited for presplitting and smooth blasting. The high detonation velocity combined with low gas emission eliminates the risk of dead pressing in the blast hole. The slim detonating cord is not coupled to the hole walls thus minimizing the cracks caused by the pulverization process in the initial stage of detonation.

Packaging content per box: Detonex 40:2x125m, Detonex 80:1X100m, Detonex 150:1x50m and Detonex 80,150 on request only.
