Description

We, (seller's Agent), with full legal and corporate responsibility hereby certify that we are currently offering for sale heavy melting scrap, as per the specification below. Subject to the under-mentioned provision of information and procedures.

Commodity: Hms1 and Hms2 scrap

Quantity: Minimum 30000 (+/-5%) spot/annual contact

Shipment:30000 MT (+/- 5%) per shipment
Shipment within 45 to 55 days maximum from date of receipt of operative lc

Delivery: C&f, to port (to be advised by buyer)

For hms1 & hms2 - USD 215 per MT cnf (incoterms 2000)

Origin: Sellers choice

Inspection: Inspection to be carried out by sgs at port of loading

Performance bond:2% of monthly shipping value

Please provide the following details in order to raise a draft contract:

1. Buyers full company name and contract details
2. Signatory name
3. Ship to company full details (if different from buyer)
4. Buyers full bank name and contact details
5. Buyers full bank account number and name
6. Buyers bank swift code
7. Number of days required to open dlc

The following is the procedure that will be followed on receipt of the above details:
1. Soft probe of buyers bank.
2. Request for bcl/brl from buyers bank
3. Seller issues draft contract
4. Buyer and seller sign on the contract.
5. Buyers bank issues non operative dlc
6. Seller issues pb for 2% of month shipment upon receipt of non-operative dlc. This will automatically activate the dlc
7. Shipments commence according to contract.

The seller will permit representative of the buyer to be present at each loading of the shipments.

Please note that all goods sold by the seller will also be totally free from any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form either used or otherwise. Non-metal impurities total 1% (one percent) or less.
