The vacuum emulsifying machine is consisted of Pretreatment boiler, Vacuum emulsification blending boiler, Vacuum pump, Hydraulic pressure system, Material pouring-out system, Electric control system and Working platform, etc.

※ Food Industry: Mayonnaise, Dressing, Jam, Butter, Margarine.

※ Paint Industry: Paints, Synthetic resin paint
※ Others: Color, Wax, Shoe cream, Coating liquid

Features:
Adopts※ the same-shaft ternary blender, high-speed homogeneity blender ( Speed is 0-3500r/min, frequency speed regulation), and low-speed scraper blender ( Speed is 10-70r/min, frequency speed regulation).
Fast-cutting vortex※ emulsifying blender is used in the homogeneity head, scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and cling to the bottom and wall of the boiler.
Adopts the vacuum to draw the material, especially for the powder※ drawing, which can avoid the powder flying.
The whole working procedure※ is worked under the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material coming into being bubble after high-speed blending and reach the requirements of sanitation and asepsis.
CIP cleaning system. The contact part of the※ vacuum emulsifying machine is made from SUS316L (SUS304) materials. The polished level of the inner surface mirror is 300EMSH.
The electric-control part※ is Siemens.
This machine meets the GMP requirements.※
