Description
Application:
It is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110Kv, especially for the altitude which is over 500 meters.
It is special for treating the used and old transformer oil, mutual oil, and switch oil. Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machines working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 65 KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.

Features:
High vacuum: High point-vacuum equal or less than 5Pa Working-vacuum equal or less than 35Pa
High absorption speed: Absorption speed power is equal or greater than 333L/Sr.
Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly
Distinctive remove impurities system which filters through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbs by high polymer without the mechanical power
Carbon fiber infrared heating system that can have the oil contain zero sum of ethyne after the treatment
UK G technology, by which the trace water that shows chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively.
Especially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments which power is over 110kV
Any insulating oil can be treated on-line at the working site.

Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, ZYD Series dewaters, degasses and removes the impurities more quickly, more completely, and makes the oils limiting voltage-withstand value much higher. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system, it is used for filtrating system as well as an independent vacuum power supply to vacuum oiling of power equipment.
