1) warranty of product and technology
our company digests and absorb France Potain, Germany liebherr technology and product technology have achieved domestic and foreign advanced level in the industry.

2)warranty of product safety performance
Our products have complete safety protecting device for three limit switches and two limiters. Weight limiter adopts pull-ring structure manufactured by introducing foreign advanced technology. Moment limiter adopts bow-boward mechanical structure which can adapt to bad field environment, ensure tower crane limiter sensitive, reliable and avoid safety accidents caused by overload and the use of non-standardization.

3)warranty of product production process
Welding process: the key parts adopt welding-robot to weld, others all adopt co2 gas shielded arc welding to weld, inverting automatic submerged arc welding to weld, semi-automatic trolley welding and carry out instruction, assess, and confirmation of special process for welding process.

Manufacturing process: main chord of mast section and connecting sleeve adopt manufacturing both ends after welding, important components pin holes adopt manufacturing process of reaming holes or boreholes and ensure procession precion.
Spray painting process: After main building adopts impeller blasting tech, go into the painting house to spray paint and improve the adhesion of paint on the face.
