Description
1, MK-SPL serise flat yarn extrusion line is designed and researched on the base of introducing and assimilating the up-to-dated technologies at home and ***** adopts the international advanced electric digital-simulation control technology such as computer-controlled frequency conversion speed regulation and controllable silicon direct current speed regulation so as to make the main target reach the international advanced *****, with high production efficiency and high quality of tape tube forming, as required, this assembly can also be equipped with advanceed band net change structure as well as fibrosis structure that is used for producing flexible packaging bags or fibrosis sewing thread.

This line has two kinds of stock thread heating structures, hot-blast stretching bellows and electric baking board, which can meet the demands of the customers.Applied to a wide range , it can be used for the forming of PP, HDPE and LLDPE flat yarn.

2, flat yarn extruder line
The machine, useing material of polypropylene & high density polyethylene, through heating, extruding and drawing, makes tape that is then winded for the weaving of the circular loom.
　　Have been improvied so many times, the machine can use 100% regenrated PP & PE, powder or grain PP & HDPEto produce the ***** screw and cylinder of extruder are made of 38CrMoA1A alloy steel, the hardness is over HV950 after nitrogenation treatment. Helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is applied to the extruder, the gears & chain wheels are made of 45#medium carbon steel and done the treatment of high frequency ***** driving rollers are electroplated with hard Cr and the tension self-controlling of winding-rollers are applied to the driving ***** cylinder of extruder, triton and die adopt aluminum cast heater
