we have a long term of experience of making all kind of plastic injection moulds and can design moulds for clients according to their requirements
We can make various of moulds with many years. The mould carvity & core made by 718 or P20 steel material . The mould running with Hot-Runner system. We will oxygenate the slide block, insert block to make the steel more hardness. The mould will go with Oil Pump. Meanwhile , we will temperated the core & carvity before the production to make steel more durable.
