Procedures:
1 The Buyer issues an ICPO.
2 The Seller issues a draft of the Contract
3 The Buyer signs and sends the signed Contract back to the Seller.
4 The Seller signs the Contract. The date on which the Seller has signed the Day of Contract Conclusion.
5 The Contract in its electronic form shall be valid until the hard copies of the Contract shall be exchanged between the Seller and the Buyer.
6 Within Two (2) banking days since the Day of Contract Conclusion, the Buyer provides the Seller with RWA issued by his bank
7 The Seller within Five(5) banking days since the date RWA has been received and verified, provides for issuance of Proof of Product by the bank of Supplier and Producer of Goods to the Buyers bank.
8 Within two (2) banking days since date the Buyer has received and verified Proof of Product, the bank of the Buyer shall issue an UNCONDITIONAL, IRREVOCABL, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, ASSIGNABLE AND CONFIRMED STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLC) plus the form of IRREVOCABL, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, ASSIGNABLE AND REVOLVING DOCUMENT LETTER OF CREDIT (RDLC).
9 The Seller commences deliveries of Goods to the Buyer.

Buyer Side Commission: 1/3 buyers mandate (ALL OPEN), 1/3 intermediaries for the
buyer (ALL OPEN), 1/3 intermediaries for the seller/buyer (facilitator) (CLOSED)
