Description
Capasity iss min. 800 liters; max. 1500 liters. It`s used for producing jam-marmalade, tomato paste; ketch-up, jel, jam or marmalade can be boiled in between 15-20 minutes by vacuum. Steam heated. Construction in A:ISI 304 Cr-Ni steel excepted painted carbon steel platform. Mixer scrapers are made of P.T.F.E.

6 tons concentrate production with Dry Residue 28-30 brix can be produced from 35-40 tons of Tomatoes with Dry Residue %5 in 24 hours by 2 vacuum pans system. 15 tons Concentrate Production with Dry Residue 28-30 brix can be produced from 90-100 tons of Tomatoes with dry residue %5 in 24 hours by 4 vacuum pans and Preconcantrator system.

10 tons jam or marmalade can be produced in 24 hours by a vacuum pan, 20 tons jam or marmalade can be produced in 24 hours by 2 vacuum pans system.
