GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


EMMA instant coconut milk is made from fresh coconut milk, maltodextrin and sodium caseseinate.

Both maltodextrin and sodium caseinate are food grade ingredients and they are used as drying aids.

Using an advanced spray drying technology, the flavour, physical properties and nutritive value of natural coconuts are retained: No preservatives, artificial flavours or colouring are added.


BENEFITS


-It is agglomerated and this has good instant properties

-It reconstitutes readily in warm water (30oC) in the ratio of 1:2 (coconut milk powder:water)

-To produce rich cream coconut milk with smooth texture. Properly packed, it can be stored with a shelf life of at least 24 months (20oC)

-It can be consumed directly without cooking

-It is flexible to use. You can produce thick or thin coconut milk as required.

- It can also be mixed into other dried food ingredients. It is hyglenic when compared to fresh coconut milk. Cooked food using EMMA coconut cream powder does not spoll as rapidly as when fresh coconut milk is used.

-It saves time and is simple to use. There is no mess, no fuss and no residue or coconut fibre
