1.PSA Molecular Sieve Nitrogen Producing Machine

PSA Molecular Sieve Nitrogen Producing Machine is made by using special molecular sieve as absorptive materials according to the PSA theories of making N2.
High purity Nitrogen is attained by using the differences of diameters of O2 and N2 at normal low pressure producing the differences between absorptive capacity and its speed rate during the course of molecular sieving and then testing the working time order by computer.

Principle
Raw material compressed air enters two absorption towers filled with molecular sieves after removing oil mist and water, dust and etc. among which one absorption tower is at the state of absorption and the dust like O2 in the air can be absorbed. What comes from the tower is high purified Nitrogen; Meanwhile, what has been absorbed in the other tower will be exausted, escaping from the absorbed dust like O2 and recycled by computer controlling and supplying air continuously.
PSA Molecular Sieve Nitrogen Producing Machine is made up of compressed air source, air source purifying system, parts of PSA N2 and O2 separators, automatic controlling, purity monitoring and etc.

2.Nitrogen Purifying Apparatus

The apparatus employs unique artistic flow process, purifying various kinds of N2 source which contains ≤3% O2 into high purity N2(≤1ppm in residual oxygen).It selects different catalyst, reactive agent and artistic transform directionally the O2 components into H2O,CO2, Co or fashion to escape completely to meet different requirements, it is automatically controlled by computer in monitoring the whole process�s and automatically adjusted in running.

Brief Introduction to Artistic Features:

(1) JHA
It selects high efficiency palladium catalyst, make O2 and H2 in rough N2 react and produce water. It is swited to the occasion of fairly low purity of rough N2 and fairly not high requirement for H2.

(2) JHB
The formula selects activated carbon reactive agent according to the theory of O2+C→CO2 (CO)reacts and generates CO2 at a certain temperature. The process produces continuously with two or more reactors working in turns.
(3) JHC
The process Is suited to where H2,CO2,CO don�t allow existing high purity, Nitrogen and the purity of rough N2 is over 99.5%.It may absorb the oxygen in raw N2 by means of activated carbon reactive agent, the process is made up of two reactors, one for working, the other for regenerating, providing N2 continuously.

3.Ammonia Splitter

It heats, segregates and produces high purity gas mixture of N2 and H2 with raw liquid Ammonia at the reaction of high efficiency catalyst.

Dew Point:≤ - 10 ℃
Residual Ammonia Content:0.1%
(after using purifying system, Dew point becomes < - 70 ℃,and residual Ammonia content is <5ppm

4.Ammonia Burning Apparatus

The apparatus is a new type gas producer mixing Ammonia with air to catalyze directly to burn, producing high purity N2.

5.Hospital Center O2 Supplying System

The system is composed of PSA O2 producer, purity monitoring,O2 refinement gas storage ,gas distribution and etc.
Characteristics: Fast in speed starting, Gas can be provided normally within 5 minutes, Raw material is originated from air, its cost low in some 1.5kwh/m3.
Automation can be made according to the O2 volume in patients� district in adjusting load and O2 purity, starting spare machine or spare storage system, diagnosing the system breakdown and recording the working data.

6.Oxygen Producer(PSA-O2)

PSA-O2 employs the molecular sieves of PSA-O2 to choose absorbing the dust in the raw air material like N2,CO2,H2O and so on, and get high-quality and purity oxygen.
PSA-O2 producer is consisted of two or more absorptive towers, controlled by computer to work respectively on pressuring, absorbing, regenerating, washing and other processed thus supplying gases continuously.
The equipment includes: Compressed air source and purifying system, PSA N2 and O2 segregating component elements, storage and gas suppliance system and automatic controlling system.

Application:

The apparatus is little in energy loss, easy for operation and small in investment, It�s widely used in petroleum, light industry, metallurgy, environment protection, building materials, agriculture, biotechnology, medical treatment and etc.
