Description

Autonics offers a wide variety of pressure sensors for the industrial automation. These are microcontroller based pressure sensor which can be used for any non corrosive gases & for air but not for flammable gases. These pressure sensors are with high accuracy & with semiconductor pressure sensing element. The special features are: High brightness red LED display, with high resolution of 1/1000, display can in different units like KPa, psi, mmH2O, bar, Kgf/cm2, mmHg, inHg etc. 3 types of pressure sensors are available with Autonics. They are Standard pressure type, Vacuum Pressure type & Compound pressure type. The standard pressure type is with -0.72 to 15.90 psi or from -7.2 to 159.0 psi. The Vacuum pressure type is with +0.72 psi to -14.70 psi. Compound pressure type is with -14.70psi to +15.90 psi. The pressure sensors are available with 3 shapes, for catering to the mounting needs of customers. A special output chattering prevention function is there with selectable response time. 1-5VDC analog outputs as well as 2 transistor outputs are available. The outputs can be PNP or NPN open collector outputs depending on the model selection. These will work with a power supply of 12-24VDC & consume only a small power. The unit is provided with reverse polarity protection. Main application of the pressure sensors are in automotive industry, special purpose machines, semiconductor machines, packaging machines, compressors, printing machines, robotics, pharmaceutical industry etc. PSA series of Autonics pressure sensor is approved by CE.
