PRICE: FIXED: USD$295/MT GROSS; NET USD$285.00 / MT, $10.00 FEES, 50/50 TO EACH SIDE.

PROCEDURE: PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PROCEDURES CANNOT BE ALTERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
1. BUYER ISSUES NCND AND LOI/ ICPO / BCL IN ANSWER TO THIS OFFER.
2. SELLER ISSUES FCO.
3. BUYER SIGNS AND RETURNS FCO.
4. CONTRACT IS DRAFTED. ACCEPTANCE/SIGN/SEAL PROCEDURES ARE THEN COMPLETED AFTER WHICH IT IS DEEMED AS ORIGINAL BY THE BANKS.
5. BUYER ISSUES/CONFIRMS THE PRE-ADVISE FROM A TOP 25 WORLD BANK.
6. ORIGINAL HARD COPIES ARE ISSUED AND EXCHANGED VIA COURIER IN A TIMELY MANNER.
7. SELLER ISSUES POP DOCUMENTS AND NON-OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND.
8. UPON RECEIPT OF POP AND NON-OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND, BUYER ESTABLISHES FULL-FUNDED, TRANSFERABLE REVOLVING DLC TO ACTIVATE THE SELLER'S PERFORMANCE BOND.
9. SELLER ISSUES CHARTER PARTY AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE.
10. DELIVERIES ARE MADE ACCORDING TO CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We will not respond to inquiries that do not include signed NCND AND LOI/ ICPO / BCL.
Please do not ask us to deviate from the above procedures. We will not.
