we are offering exclusive rights on approximately 14000 acres of coal reserves in the eastern kentucky coal fields. engineering and mining companies have provided data and estimates showing the coal reserves underlying the above land to be approximately 124 million short tons. analyses of representative samples show a low sulfur content and moderate to high BTU content for a bituminous coal. these parameters would place the in-ground spot market value at over 570 million dollars and the spot market net value in excess of 4 billion dollars. numerous local and regional mining companies have confirmed their interest in mining the coal. ingress and egress routes are readily available . selling price is 250 million dollars.
