QUANTITY: 50,000 MT PER MONTH, 12 MONTH CONTRACT
ORIGIN: RUSSIA
DELIVERY: CIF
PRICE: FIXED: USD$460/MT GROSS; NET USD$450.00 / MT, $10.00 FEES, 50/50 TO EACH SIDE.
PAYMENT :� IRREVOCABLE, REVOLVING, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, ASSIGNABLE DLC
PROCEDURE: PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PROCEDURES CANNOT BE ALTERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
1. BUYER ISSUES LOI TO THE SELLER.
2. SELLER ISSUES FCO TO THE BUEYR; BUYER SIGNS AND SEALS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FCO AND RETURNS THE ORIGINAL TO THE SELLER (FCO VALID 5 WORKING DAYS).
3. WITHIN FIVE INTERNATIONAL BANKING DAYS THE BUYER MUST ISSUE IRREVOCALBE CONFIRMED PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO) AND BANK COMFORT LETTER (BCL) SIGNED BY TWO BANK OFFICERS TO THE SELLER COMPANY AND BANK LETTER GUARANTEE (BLG) FROM THE BUYER'S BANK TO THE SELLER.
4. SELLER WILL ISSUE A SOFT COPY OF AGREEMENT TO THE BUYER AND WHEN BOTH PARTIES AGREE ON THE DRAFT, BOTH PARTIES SIGN THE CONTRACT IN A WAY CONVENIENT TO BOTH. IF BY COURIER, THEN FOUR ORIGINALS WILL BE SENT TO THE BUYER FOR SIGNATURE AND RETURN.
5. BUYER'S BANK ISSUES SELLER'S BANK PRE-ADVISE OF IRREVOCABLE, REVOLVING, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, ASSIGNABLE, DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC) (ONE MONTH'S SUPPLY VALUE) AND UNCONDITIONAL CALLABLE TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, ASSIGNABLE, BANK GUARANTEE (BG) (THREE MONTH'S SUPPLY VALUE). SELLER'S BANK ISSUES BUYER'S BANK NON-OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND (PB) (2% OF ONE MONTH'S SUPPLY).
6. WITHIN TWENTY-ONE INTERNATIONAL BANKING DAYS AFTER SELLER RECEIVES POSITIVE VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF THE BCL AND ICPO AND PRE-ADVISE BG, SELLER WILL PROVIDE PART PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP) - ALLOCATION NUMBER.
7. AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND RECEIVING POP, THE BUYER'S BANK WILL AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THE BG OPERATIVE BY BANK'S SWIFT WIRE MT760. AFTER CONFIRMATION BY SWIFT-WIRE MT760 IT IS SENT TO THE SELLER'S BANK'S COORDINATES.
8. SELLER'S BANK WILL AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THE 2% PB OPERATIVE WITHIN THREE INTERNATIONAL BANKING DAYS AFTER THE OPERATIVE REVOLVING LETTER OF CREDIT ISSUED BY BUYER TO THE SELLER.
9. SELLER WILL PROVIDE CHARTER PARTY AGREEMENT TO THE BUYER, WITHIN FOURTEEN INTERNATIONAL BANKING DAYS AFTER THE SELLER RECEIVES AND CONFIRMS THE DLC AND OTHER DOCUMENTS LISTED ABOVE.
10. AFTER SELLER'S BANK RECEIVES AND CONFIRMS THE DLC AND OTHER DOCUMENTS LISTED ABOVE, THE SELLER WILL, WITHIN FORTY-FIVE WORKING DAYS, PROCEED TO START LOADING THE COMMODITY BASED ON THE DLC RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED, QUANTITY, PORT OF DELIVERY, IMPORT LICENSE AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS FROM THE BUYER. THE SECOND AND SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES WILL BE WITHIN BLOCKS OF THIRTY WORKING DAYS (AS PER THE LOADING SCHEDULE).
11. SHIPMENTS TAKE PLACE AS PER CONTRACT.
We will not respond to inquiries that do not include signed NCND AND LOI.
Please do not ask us to deviate from the above procedures. We will not.
