DB3-1100 High-Speed Computerized Automatic Finishing Cutting Machine

PURPOSE:
The machine is suitable for cutting the large coil packaging material, such as the paper, paper plastic complex material and color printing complex material etc. The machine is widely suitable for application in the industries of paper processing and printing packaging.

PERFORMANCE AND FEATURES:

The machine adopts the servo motor (or step motor) to control the fixed-length cutting. It is equipped with the photoelectric tracing modifying system. It can not only transect the products, but also it can slit them and automatically finish the finished products.
The transmission system adopts the pneumatic system, hydraulic system and photoelectric sensor for centralized control. The discharging system adopts the hydraulic lifting device. The machine integrates photo electricity, liquid and air and has the features of easy operation, high-precision cutting, stable operation and low noise.
The machine has the features of the motor frequency speed adjustment, automatic counting, giving an alarm and stopping and tension display.
