Gulf Powder Polyester and Epoxy Coating Factory "Alwan" was established under license of Oxyplast of Belgium

Product: Polyester Powder Coatings (OXYPLAST PR29)

Specifications: Alwan PR29 polyester is thermosetting powder coating based on saturated polyester resins selected for resistance to atmosphere ageing. U.V. light and saponification. Characteristics provide coating films showing excellent outdoor durability. PR29 is suitable for decorative and protective coating of aluminum, steel or galvanized building materials used for architectural purposes. Powder Properties: Melting range: 90 - 114 deg. C, Specific gravity (DIN 55990/3): 160 + -0.05 (white) .Particle size distribution, % above 120 microns: 0, % above 32 microns: 50-60, Gel Time 180 deg. C (DIN 55990/8): 250 - 300 seconds.
