PX-YKJ-150B Baby Diaper Production Line (High-grade Machine Type)
One. Main Technical Parameter:
1. Designed Production Speed: 450 PCS/min
2. Stable Production Speed: 280-350 PCS/min
3. Power: 380V, 50Hz
4. Machine Capacity: 160Kw(including power of glue applicators) (set temporarily)
5. Wasted Products Rate: ≤2% (exclude the circumstances when glue applicator breaks down or exchange material)
6. Overall Size (Exclude crusher, stacker)( L X W X H m): 24m X 2.6M X 3.2m (set temporarily)
7. Products Specification (LXW): There are S, M, L, XL four specifications.
Two. Basic Assembling Unit:
1. Slip type crusher can take untreated pulp, semi-treated pulp and treated pulp with long-distance button to adjust wood pulp supplying amount.
2. Cotton core is molded in single net wheel, cotton core consists of two tissue paper with one ply wood pulp in the center.
3. SAP and wood pulp are mixed with SAP spraying amount adjusted by long-distance button.
4. Embossment is conducted on cotton core with embossing pattern normally in net square type. Moreover, embossment shape can be produced as per clients� request.
5. It is lining with guide-flow N.W. fabric unit.
6. Cotton core is cut off by cutter.
7. With protection-leakage unit
8. With elastic waistline unit.
9. With left and right waist tape adding unit to adjust the gap to incorporate with the different widths of L, M, S of products.
10. With frontal tape unit.
11. Narrow P.E. film and wild N.W. are glued together as backsheet.
12. Machine is with elastic rubber band unwinding unit, among them, three PCS of elastic bands are equipped in two sides of cotton core, while two PCS of elastic bands are equipped in two sides of protection-leakage.
13. Products are with arc-cutter. The material for cutting roller is America D2.
14. Products are vertically folded, cut and molded after compressing.
15. Products are horizontally tri-folded or two folded.
16. Products are output in alignment.
17. Speed of main motor is adjusted by frequency converter.
Three. Other accessories:
1. Five sets of tension control system. There is one set each for P.E. film, hydrophobic N.W., hydrophilic N.W., guide-flow cloth and bottom N.W. The central unwinding is conducted by Denmark �Danfoss� frequency converter.
2. 8 sets of PEIXIN edge-rectifiers. There are two sets in hydrophobic N.W. fabric; while each set for P.E. film, hydrophilic N.W., guide-flow cloth, material feeding, elastic waistline and bottom xxxxx
3. Five sets of auto material feeding system, There is one each for P.E. film, hydrophobic cloth, hydrophilic cloth, guide-flow cloth and bottom N.W.
4. Computerized control system ( PLC�touching screener�frequency converter control system)
5. The button devices are scattered by sections, each button device has the urgent-stop button.
6. Temperature setting is conducted by touching screener, while the temperature of heater can be displayed synchronously on screener.
7. The auto / manual switch for each material feeding or material using up can be materialized on the screener or on the button device.
8. There is manual switch for H.M. applicator on the screener, meanwhile the H.M. applicator can auto stop spraying and scraping the glue when the main machine stop working.
9. The amount of SAP can be set on the screener.
10. The amount of wood pulp supplying can be set on the screener.
11. The output for one shift or total output can be shown on the screener.
12. Auto get rid of rejected products during feeding material.
13. Auto inspect and stop machine when material is used up.
14. Turning up or slowing down the speed of main machine can be set on the screener. The speed of main machine during working time can be shown on the screener.
15. Auto stop machine when electric parts break down with auto displaying the result of breakdown. Auto store the historical breakdown record.
16. Equipped with manual switch for rejecting material.
Four. Electric Assemble Part and Others
1. Main frequency converter and PLC are of Japan �Mitsubishi�.
2. Touching screener is of Taiwan brand.
3. Controlling frequency converter is of Denmark Danfoss brand.
4. Bearings on main working parts are of Japan NTN or NSK brand.
5. Flat belt is of import flat belt.
6. Synchronous belt is domestic famous brands.
7. Equipped with laminating lamp in glue-spraying area.
8. The pneumatic parts are Taiwan �AIRTAC� brand.
9. Equipped with laminating lamp in the driving area for maintenance.
