PX-HY-180B FAST-EASY PACKAGING PROTECTIVE-LEAKGE SANITARY NAPKIN MACHINE
I Main Parameter:
1. Designed production speed: 550 PCS/min
2. Production speed: 350-400 PCS/min (common fast-easy type)
3. power: 380V 50HZ
4. machine power: 80kw (including that needed in hot melt applicators)
5. waste rate: ≤ 2% (excluding that caused by hot melt applicators and re-feeding materials)
6. overall size of equipment: (excluding crusher and stacker): 18mX2.2mX2.3m (L x W x H) (designed temporarily)
7. the specification of products is as per customers� request.
II. Basic equipments on the machine:
1. Crusher: the teeth-slip crusher can adopt treated fluff pulp. The feed-in volume of fluff pulp can be controlled by step-less button.
2. Cotton core is formed by web wheel mould and the length of core is as per customers� request.
3. The SAP powder is mixed with fluff pulp in the center part. SAP powder also is added continuously in the cotton core. The feed-in volume of SAP powder can be controlled by step-less button.
4. There is SAP paper/acquisition layer inserted among the cotton core folded.
5. The cotton core is pressed firmly.
6. Inner-cut equipment: knife material is America D2, the knife shape is decided by the customer. The waste on the edge will be taken back to crusher.
7. There are units for producing protection-leakage type and three-piece type products.
8. There is equipment of cutting and hit-dot unit. The dot shape is decided by the customer.
9. Meanwhile acquisition layer can be added on the machine.
10. There is equipment of pressing the guide-flow channel. The shape of guide-flow channel is decided by the customer.
11. There is round-seal unit (add pressure by air cylinder) The round-seal pattern is decided by the customer.
12. There is a unit to add release paper in the middle.
13. Outer-cut equipment: knife material is America D2, the knife shape is decided by the customer.
14. There is a revolving unit in 180 degree.
15. There is a unit to add release paper in the left-right wings.
16. There is a unit to produce tri-fold independent package. The machine can produce the sanitary napkin without package and can be out put by a simple transfer steel plate.
17. There is one unit to press the packages firmly. (To add the pressure by air cylinder).
18. The products can be out put vertically in a simple transfer steel plate.
III. Other equipments:
1. There are lights for spraying glue.
2. There are lights for inspection on driving parts.
