Description
Shiitake:Shiitake consists of Normal shiitake and flowery shiitake. Shiitake is rich in nutrition, having a delicious taste. It is a kind of functional food good for human health. From ancient times, shiitake has got a reputation of “king of Food o Land”, it contains components such as protein, fat, carbonhydrate, crude fiber, mineral substances such as calcium, phosphor and iron, vitamin B1,vitamin B2, vitamin C and vitamin D etc. Its main functions for health include: reducing cholesterol, anticancer, antivirus and antirakitis etc.

Level M: diameter 4-5CM
Level L: diameter 5-6CM
Level LL: diameter 6-7CM
Level LLL: diameter above 7CM
