Description
SPECIFICATION:
1.Weaving width: 24inches
2.Speed: 30-50ppm
3.Weft selector: 8 colours electronic weft selection device.
***** take-up: Electronically controlled. Adopting step motor for rolling with the weft.
5.Warp let-off: Positive electronically controlled. Constant warp tension could be maintained during weaving.
6.Shedding: Computerized controlled, 20 heald frames driven pneumatically by air cylinders, (2nd heald frames for selvedges)
7.Draw-in: Heald frames can be separated from the loom for healds and reeds draw-in
8.Warping: Separate warp beam or manual warping could be used.
9.Weft Insertion: Single rapier weft insertion driven by servo motor
10.Beat-up: Computerized servo-motor controlled
11.Weft Breaks: Mechanical weft-break detecting device. Loom stops when weft breaks
12.Designing: Windows XP operation system with textile designing software
13.Air Consumption: 560L/min
