It has many outstanding advantages that ordinary pressure cookers don't have. Firstly, the handle is movable. You can open and close it easily for cleanning. Secondly, it will gives a long and lasting alarm when the pressure in the pressure cookers rise over 120kpa. Thirdly, in the handle, there is a cooking indicator with three rings(one yellow ring and two orange rings) indicate different pressure in the pressure cooker when it's working. Fourthly, the pressure can keep over half an hour after you turn off the heat. It's three times of ordinary pressure cookers. What's more, the polishing is mavellous. The pot and lid are clean and shining.
