Description

Al Shahin Company for Metal Industries Ltd. (SHMICO) started business in steel fabrication and became specialized in pre-engineered steel buildings.

Product: Steel Fabrication.

Specifications: In fabrication we use:

1. Leveler: Pieces are cut up to 6mm shuts from the coils.

2. Shearing: 20 types of sharing M/Cs.

(1) Capacity up to 8mm tic X 6 meters.

(2) Capacity 8mm tic x 4 meters.

(3) Bending: 2 types of bending machines capable for bending up to 12 meter sheet length.

(4) APS Top line M/C: To punch and shear up to 25th plates which can be provided with holes and slots, its capacity regarding seizer is 500 x 12000 in dimension sheets.

(5) Welding: We have two types of track welding M/Cs.
