Description
Chemical Name: Ethylene Dinitrilo Tetraacetic Acid, Disodiumsalt

EDTA2Na is a white crystal powder. It contains two crystal waters.When dried, it easily loses crystal water. It is easily soluble in water solution is 4.0-6.0(25℃). It is hardly soluble in organic solvents like alcohol or ethyl ether.
EDTA2Na is most important among the EDTA salts. It is a widely used complexation agent. It is used for complexation of metal ion or splitting metal. It is also used in detergent, shampoo, agricultural chemicals, additive to color photosensitive materials, water cleaner, PH modifier and anticoagulant,etc.
